Make Our Days Count

Teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom." ~ Psalm 90:12
Life is filled with opportunities, but the big question is what we do with them.

Do we let them slip by, saying, “Maybe next time? There is always another day”? Or, do we seize them? We may not have as much time as we think.

James 4:14   Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

Psalm 90:12 "So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom."

“Number of our days”: Evaluate the use of our time because life is short.

“Hearts unto wisdom”: Wisdom focuses on the Lord’s sovereignty and revelation.

An event that causes someone to seriously reflect on his or her life has a purpose. everyone needs to take inventory regarding how they are spending their days.

A day can be spent wisely or foolishly but once it is spent, it cannot be spent again.

This is saying to me, that we are to treasure each moment and do good at that moment. Take stock of how much time we have, and use that time wisely for the Lord. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the
Lord.

All of us can look back and see the time we wasted on foolish things of the flesh. You cannot do anything about that, it is past and gone. Use the time you have
left to do the will of God.

No man can count the number of days he has to live. the number of his days, months, and years,
are left to do the will of God

Ephesians 5:15  See then that ye walk circumspectly,
not as fools, but as wise,

For we cannot boast of tomorrow, we know not but this day, or night, our souls may be required of us. But the sense is, that God would teach us seriously to meditate on and consider, the shortness of our days.

We must not count our days but make our days count, it is not how we start in life but how we finish.

That they are but as a shadow...and to observe how unprofitably we have spent them, which may put us upon redeeming the time, and also take notice of the goodness of God, that has followed us all our days, which may lead us to repentance so we can be more positive to our self and others.

So we must seize the day. Seize the moment. Seize the opportunities before us. we must not put off opportunities too long, because we may not have as much time as we think. We must be productive with our life. Be productive with our time. Seize the opportunities God has given us.

Revelation 12:7-17

7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

The Fall
3 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

2 The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”

4 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

James 4:7   Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Ephesians 2:2   Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

1 Peter 5:8   Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Matthew 4:8-11
Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.” Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’” Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.

Matthew 4:10 "Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve."

Matthew 4:11 "Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him."

The devil is subject to the command of Jesus, and he had to leave.

James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you".

The Battle is harder for some than others but we are all in a Battle.Ephesians6:12 says,For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

We have a Hidden Enemy, satan the devil and his fallen angels. One of the most difficult parts of the Christian life is becoming a disciple of Christ does not make us immune to life’s trials and tribulations. But with this Blogspot he won’t be hidden anymore.

No person is immune to life’s trials and tribulations,Therefore, for the believer, all trials and tribulations must have a divine purpose. GOD allows trouble, not to destroy us but to develop us. It’s not about Punishment,it’s about Preparation.

Can You Lose the Anointing? Protecting the Anointing

1 John 2:27
But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.

So when someone says that they lost the anointing, what they are saying is that the person is not in the ministry like before.

The same fact in regard with the gifts that function in us. For example taking the gift of speaking in tongues. People may say that they lost the gift of speaking in tongues.

What they are actually saying is that, they allowed sin, fear, condemnation or doubt to subdue their gift. They have given into those wiles of the enemy and now it seems like they have lost the gift.

However what happens is that the person does not lose the gift but they simply lose the confidence to function in that gift.

Romans 6:13   Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

1 Peter 5:8   Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:  James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Romans 6:13   Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

John 14:16
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,

1 John 2:20

But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.

2 Corinthians 1:21–22
21 And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, 22 and who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

Another meaning for the word anointed is "chosen one." The Bible says that Jesus Christ was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit to spread the Good News and free those who have been held captive by sin (Luke 4:18-19; Acts 10:38)

After Christ left the earth, He gave us the gift of the Holy Spirit (John 14:16). Now all Christians are anointed, chosen for a specific purpose in furthering God's Kingdom (1 John 2:20). "Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee"

On a side note, conviction of sin and the feeling of not using the gift is good if it allows you to repent and go back to God. But there are some who continue to function in the gift in extreme faith) without any repentance, thereby abusing the gift that God has placed in them.

At no point should we allow the enemy to hijack our gift or the anointing God has placed in us by bringing guilt and condemnation. And again, there is not going to be a point where we are perfect enough to handle the anointing. the key is to go to God every morning, for every morning His mercies are new!

Lean on Jesus. Leaning on our capacity to believe to make something happen is carnal. It’s interesting that the disciples would stress that the miracle of the lame happened because of the faith in the name of Jesus (Acts 3:16, 1 John 3:23)

This is where many fault as they push the anointing to be based on what THEY do, or say or act. No, it has to solely be on what the Father does in order to lift the name of Jesus. When it becomes all about what we do and how we achieve something, we are on dangerous grounds of what is called – PERFORMANCE. That’s when we strive to get things done without simply trusting His name and the One who sends us.

Instead we must lean on the Word of God. Immerse yourself into the prayer and the reading of His Word together. Therein faith will soar for His glory and purposes.

A Good Soldier for Christ

    Jay Smith

      Jay4Jesus1

QUALITIES OF A GOOD SOLDIER

1.A HE IS A FOLLOWER
A.Implies Relationship (The first step is to join the army) No one can be a soldier for the Lord until they first get into the army. This is accomplished only through receiving Jesus as one's Savior, John 3:3; Ephesians 2:8-9; Acts 16:31

Join and receive Jesus as your Savior:

Romans 10:9-10 9.That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10.For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

B. Implies Rank (There is always someone higher than you) The same is true in the Lord's army. Every child of God is under ranked under Jesus and is responsible for following Him and His will for their lives.

C. Implies Rule (To refuse to follow orders is treason!)When we are in the Lord's Army, we have the obligation of obeying His orders even unto the death :Notice the call of Christ that has not changed, Matt. 16:24. When we refuse to live as the Lord desires, then we have crossed the line from follower to Sinner - James 4:17.

Luke 16:13
13.
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

HE IS FAITHFUL
A. His Patience - Endures hardship and does not quit. The good soldier realizes that there will be troubles along the way and is not detoured by them. He understands that pain is often part of the Christian experience, John 16:33

Please remember that the Christian is called upon to face life with extreme patience - Heb. 12:1. The characteristic of a man who is not swerved from his deliberate purpose and his loyalty to faith and piety by even the greatest trials and sufferings.

B.   Seeks to please the Commander.Notice that the
good soldier has no higher goal in life than pleasing His Superior. The good soldier knows that anything which interferes with his performance in the military must be done away with. The good soldier wants to please his Superior and does whatever he has to do to get that job done! (Ill. Who comes first in your life? Whatever or whoever it is, that is your god! Pleasing Jesus ought to be the first priority of every child of God - 1 Cor. 10:31; 1 Cor. 6:20.)

C. Guards the truths of the faith. The good soldier takes care of the things delivered unto him. He is determined to do a good job, and he refuses to do anything to bring disgrace and dishonor upon his Superior.( So it is with the Christian soldier. He wants to live his life in a manner that brings honor to the Lord and not dishonor. Are you keeping the faith this morning?

There are some things that the good soldier knows. He is familiar with:

A. The Sound Of The Commanders Voice (John 10:3-5) The way to get more familiar
is to spend more time listening to it. You do this by getting in the Word, Do you know Him.

B. He has Skill of knowing how to use his  Weapons.

We must resist the devil, and listen to GOD.
Because the devil is a Liar,but you can trust GOD. In Titus 1:2 it says, In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

( Ephesians 6:10-17) 10.Finally,my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11.Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles
of the devil.12.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.13.Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.14.Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;15.And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16.Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.17.And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Chemtrails

CHEMTRAILS

 DANGER  IN  THE  SKY

We must not allow ourselves to be distracted that we don't know what is going on.

Look up in the sky now and then and see for yourself. And if you don't see chemtrails think about how great GOD is and all the things he has created on this planet.

Revelation 12:12
12 Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.”
Luke 12:4-5

4.And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
5.But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Psalm 91
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2.I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3.Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4.He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5.Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6.Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7.A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8.Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9.Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10.There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11.For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12.They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13.Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14.Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15.He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16.With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

This is what the bible has to say about the last days of the,

NEW  WORLD  ORDER  AGENDA

Mark 13:13
13. Everyone will hate you because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

  Mark 13:15-23
15. Let no one on the housetop go down or enter the house to take anything out.
 16. Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak.
 17. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers!
 18. Pray that this will not take place in winter,
19. because those will be days of distress unequaled from the beginning, when God created the world, until now and never to be equaled again.
   20. “If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive. But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them.
21. At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it.
 22. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 23. So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.

John 15:18. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
